Creating ION Monitors for managing events in Infor OS

This video describes the process of creating ION monitors in Infor OS, which are tools for managing events. When a document matches a rule, an alert message is sent to designated users. Unlike activation policies that automatically trigger workflows, monitors trigger an alert that can optionally include a button for the recipient to start a workflow.
