This video demonstrates SYSPRO’s new Work in Progress (WIP) picking and issuing feature, which streamlines the process of getting components to the production floor. It functions similarly to existing stock picking, allowing for stock allocation when a pick is generated and utilizing handheld devices with missions and tasks to guide pickers efficiently to the correct bins and ensure accurate selection of lots and serial numbers. Once items are picked, the feature can be configured to automatically issue the stock to the job, improving real-time visibility and efficiency.
